This IP is still in development, during my time in this project I co-lead the art direction and UX, while owning the entire UI design process. I’ve created all visual assets for the game’s features from scratch, working closely with the Design and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive implementation.

As an RTS survival city-builder, Selene presents the unique challenge of delivering a large volume of information in an accessible, streamlined way. The UI must support quick decision-making while remaining functional and confined to a tight safe zone—ensuring it doesn't obstruct the player's view as they expand their settlement over the Moon.

The hierarchy of color, shape, and size in visual elements plays a critical role, as the game features numerous categories, branches, resources, and states that require quick and intuitive recognition. Overseeing the art direction also allowed me to ensure visual consistency and balance across all game assets.

In collaboration with the engineering team, we designed a modular system of tracking cards, where each category follows a consistent layout. These cards appear on the dashboard and across various in-game windows. By standardizing their design, we help players quickly recognize and prioritize key information.

June 2021 - Nov 2022
Collaborated in the co-development of a 4X strategy game. In this project I lead the external 2D team working as concept artist and giving support to the UI team.
I designed most of the ships and props that were based on the abstraction of various Celestial Objects in the form of board game-like pieces.

Jan 2019 - Sept 2020
Collaborated in the creation of multimedia content for a non-profit foundation which developed a free platform of high school level educational content through the design of digital learning objects.
My responsibilities included illustration, UX flow definition, content diagramming, and mock-up design. Although the project was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it provided valuable experience in multidisciplinary design and collaboration.
